Each listing has a printable version, 'send to a friend' option and an option to add a listing to a comparison list. Rental listings include internal calendar that displays booked and available days. Listings syndication with major Real Estate Portals including Trulia, Google Base, Zillow and more.
The following features are available: internal mailbox system and online contact forms, detailed statistics for listings, system notifications for site visitors and administrator, news and referential information pages for site visitors, weather gadget, mortgage calculator and more.
There are different paid services available to feature a listing such as slide-show, lift up a listing in search results, make a listing leader of the region, listing highlight option. You can choose a payment system or systems for the site from a wide list of available preinstalled payment gateways such as Paypal, 2checkout and more. SMS and offline payments like wire transfer or cheque are also supported.
Administrator has full access to members management, billing settings, site sections management and other site parameters. Administrator panel design was adjusted in accord with usability requirements which resulted in improving efficiency and ease of learning.
