Description: Atomic Newsgroup Explorer (ANE) is developed to extract e-mail addresses and user names from the newsgroups (usenets). It perfoms fast and effective. Just enter any NNTP server address or choose it from the default list and the program will download the names of all available usenet groups. Then select some interested groups to explore and ANE will gather all the addresses and names from these groups.
The extractor requires very few machine sources while running and can run quietly in the background on any computer running Windows (95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP) with a functioning connection to the Internet with open NNTP port. Actually, it takes a half an hour to get the new targeted list of e-mail addresses using ANE! The list can be saved to a file, Windows Clipboard or MS Word or MS Excel application.
Atomic Newsgroup Extractor does not depend upon any additional software the way many email grabbers depend on third-party libraries. The most important feature of ANE is an availability to work with private newsgroups locked by password and servers that do not show all available groups. You may enter the know usenet group manually and process it too. Another unique feature is a multi-threaded operating, it speeds up the entire process in many times!
Atomic Newsgroup Explorer has a user-friendly interface. It is very easy to start working with the program. Once the program started, you have to enter a newsgroup server address and press "Search" button to load a list of available groups. After that you mark the interested ones and press "Start" to begin extraction. It will begin exploring immediately and first contact addresses will appear in a few seconds. |
